Outlet were superb throughout our (difficult) search of an apartment to rent and fully move into within 5 days earlier this summer, especially while being foreigners and having to deal with a much more thorough process of past background checks and verification - which was completed within 24-48 hours. We picked up our keys soon after and moved into our new flat merely days after viewing it. Special mention to Iain for being so accommodating! Wonderful service.

Unlike other agents there was no suspicion that a 'hard sell' or any trickery or nonsense was taking place, and he was also a pleasure to deal with during the subsequent negotiations. I would also give a special mention to Theresa Parkes who turned up early to the office to sign over the keys to me which saved me a tremendous amount of hassle. They claim to be different to the rest and this was consistently upheld through my dealings with them. Top marks to Iain and Theresa and top marks to management for being able to instil such a great culture in this business. They will be my first port of call for any future property changes.

Russell was extremely responsive when we contacted him about a flat he was letting. He was very brief and concise and responded quickly every single time by text, but also very detailed when needed to convey important information or answer our questions, with detailed emails laying everything out, which made us feel very assured that everything would be taken care of.. His demeanor is also awesome - so friendly and fun, but also down to business. Theresa was very warm and helped ensure our move-in went smoothly with last-minute fixes on the lights that she had taken care of the very next day. Claudia has been amazing with fantastic communication about ongoing repairs. Overall we have dealt with several other employees at Outlet over a few months and they have been either great or fantastic, so much better than our past letting company, and we enjoy working with them all. I cannot believe I am actually saying this about an estate agency.

People wondered why I hadnt used a local agent to the address... this is the reason, and I don’t do reviews normally...I am sure I would NEVER have received anywhere near this service I received from Outlet, from any local agent round here. Iain Hawkes, got me a tenant within two weeks of joining.. having travelled out to the property in catford from Soho. Darshan got the ball rolling with the tenancy agreement and inventory... never seen a more detailed inventory in my life. Theresa Parkes... sealed it by finding and advising all the utilities of the new tenancy.
