Now, in celebration of our big birthday, we are asking our friends (that includes you) and associates to recommend Outlet to your own circle of friends, family and maybe even your clients
But it’s not for nothing – in return we’re offering YOU the chance to make some commission. That’s right, you could get a chunk of cash for doing little more than emailing a friends details to us here at Outlet.
How it works:
To celebrate 20 years in business, we are offering offering all our associates and friends 20% commission on any fees we make from one of your own recommended friends. In addition your friend will also get a 20% discounted rate on our letting or sales fee.
It’s 20% commission and a 20% discount to celebrate 20 years of Outlet!
So what does this mean? Here are some examples:
Sales Example
Our sole agency sales fee is 2%. A friend of yours would have this reduced to 1.6%
If we sell a property for £500,000 then our commission would be £8,000
That would give you £1,600 (not bad for a quick email or phone call to a friend who might need our help) whilst they would save a whopping £2,000 too, and that is is with the five star Outlet Service Promise, achieving the highest returns whilst in communication every step of the way.
Lettings Example
Our lettings fee is 10%. A friend of yours would have this reduced to 8%
Our average letting fee is £1500 so our commission to you would be £300
That's money for you to put towards something you have always wanted or to even donate to charity should you so wish, we leave that entirely up to you. Plus your friend saves valuable money too

Please if at all possible introduce them to us via email. This way you are easily noted as the referrer and we can then email them directly straight away and ensure they are in our high class referral program.
