Here are a couple of tasks for you to complete:

Task A - Creating Property Descriptions

Below you will find two sets of photos, one of a property for sale and the other to let. Using only the photos and the added text for inspiration please write a fresh and convincing description of both the properties that would entice either a buyer or an applicant looking to rent to call us and book a viewing.

Now go scribble.

Property A - 1 bedroom flat for sale - £1,400,000.

Property B - 2 bedroom flat to let, £675 pw

Task B – Thinking beyond the box

Here at Outlet we are always looking for new ways to attract landlords and vendors. Please list suggestions and ideas on how you might go about finding and attracting enquiries from these property owners.
