Lofts and penthouses – short lets from six months to a single day

A London penthouse or loft is a superb temporary base if you’re over here for just a short time, whether it’s a secondment, vacation, sporting, cultural or business event. It’s more cost-effective, and in many ways more practical and enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

We have many luxury properties on our books that are perfect for short lets. These cover all areas of central London, including Soho, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury, as well as financial centres such as the City and Docklands, and creative hubs such as Shoreditch, Hackney and Islington. In addition, we have several luxury riverside apartments available on a short-term basis.

In most cases, all costs are included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about council tax, utility bills or service charges. Some of our high end properties are actually serviced apartments, which means you don’t have to be concerned about cleaning or laundry either.

Naturally, all properties like this will be spacious, well-laid out and equipped, and include Wi-Fi access. Most will have benefited from specialist architectural design and interior decoration, making them perfect bases in which to both live and entertain.

Costs may vary depending on the season – for example over the summer or Christmas period – but as with all our rentals, we’ll always ensure the price is fair and transparent. You can even rent a penthouse for a day – for a party or photographic shoot, for example.
