Job Vacancy - Lettings Manager

Based at 32 Old Compton Street, London W1D 4TP.
Working hours generally Monday-Friday, 9am to 7pm plus one Saturday in three. Flexibility is required.

Outlet are looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join their already successful team as a Lettings Manager. You will be a bright and energetic individual who works well within a team and has a good understanding of general administration and IT as well as having an excellent telephone manner. Property experience is essential and you will have a proven track record. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Basic £16,000 to £22,000 + commision. For excellent candidates if may be possible for an even higher basic. OTE £45,00 but able to achieve much more for those willing to commit as a long term member of the Outlet team and prepared to go the extra mile.

You will be required to:

• Perform viewings
• Negotiate deals
• Meet pre-agreed targets
• Effectively handle enquiries
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
• Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets & market appraisals
• Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
• Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Meet pre-agreed targets

• To have a complete understanding of prospecting and touting systems of which you will implement, monitor, and maintain a consistency within.
• You will produce a consistent performance at target levels (market permitting).
• You will begin to assess your team and to start to make suggestions on possible changes and improvements to enhance performance.
