If you like people and property this could be the ideal career (or part time job) for you. If you like online social networking and are able to engage people in being part of the Outlet experience then even better. This role requires someone who wants to look after the various Outlet customers (there are many) and to create a safe and inviting platform whereby all parties gain.
Outlet has been around for over fifteen years and is involved in some very exciting and perhaps to some, less exciting, projects. Each project and in fact each separate business module has a different customer base with varying needs. Can you cross communicate to all of them in an interesting and engaging way?
Outlet Property Services feeds the needs of both our landlords, vendors as well as our buyers and tenants. How is it possible to engage such a varied group of people with different needs and interests through viral marketing? We already have separate Twitter feeds and Facebook pages but they need someone bright and enthusiastic to oversee the information that is fed through these outlets to ensure they provoke thought, encourage feedback and basically prove useful.
Soho Confessions on Twitter is our lighter look at the world of an Estate Agent and our wonderfully mad and slightly different customer base. Outlet Property Services on the other hand roll out all our new properties as they hit our books, keeping those looking completely up to date of what is new.
Outlet is also behind the exciting and new www.outletflatdating.com. Twitter and FB have been created and are ready to roll. Can you set up an exciting format to make this brilliant social and well received interaction of our customers also a buzzing social online network place? Shouldn't people be Twittering live from the event? Shouldn't these be then projected onto a wall at the event? The correct viral marketing person will be full of ideas and ready to implement them swiftly.
Wearing our heart on our sleeve Outlet is also involved in the massive annual charity event called the Wig Party. www.wigparty.org This is a very important fund raiser in the charity calendar and an event we hold dear. You would also be full of ideas of how to spread the word of this very alternative and fashion forward event as well as the projects for which the money is raised.
Variety is the spice of life!
The right candidate might be a university student, people from a PR background or even someone who has spare time in between other commitments. Just be prepared to be inventive, socially aware and get a kick out of communicating with people. Salary would be paid on an hourly rate and agreed in advance but financial rewards would be given for those who can fully engage with our customers whilst bringing in new people to the Outlet communities.
