Enrique Tomas
Enrique Tomas, the most successful ham retailer in Spain, has enlisted the help of Outlet to find them premises in Soho and across central London. The company, which has more than 70 stores in Spain, has now opened its first store in the UK at 132 Wardour Street with Outlet successfully securing the shop unit.
Part of the philosophy of Enrique Tomas is to educate people about the different Iberian Jamón flavours. Those are best tasted when paired with other products such as wine, which enhances the experience and allows customers to understand the subtle variations in taste.
Also, Jamón is a key element in the Spanish tapas culture and Enrique Tomas wanted to bring the whole experience to London. Having the dine-in option allows customers to taste products, choose their favourites, sip and shop! We understand this concept entirely and so are excited in helping find the right units in the best areas for our client..
Outlet are now working closely with Enrique Tomas to secure numerous more stores across London. We are delighted to be part of this exciting UK expansion.

Granier
Outlet has secured the first UK premises for Granier bakeries, the Spanish leading bakery chain which is now expanding internationally with openings in the U.S., Italy and Portugal.
The London premises are located in Turnpike Lane, in a very busy pedestrian location next to the underground station and provide Granier with great exposure for their bakery and café concept which has proved an instant success with people queuing at the door for those incredible breads from day one.
One of the keys for the success of this brand is the fantastic price point of their products (3 croissants for £1.70!) coupled with a very wide range of products comprising amongst others, 64 different varieties of bread displayed in an eye-catching counter which attracts consumers to the store. They also incorporate new products continuously to keep the concept interesting and their customers happy!
It was a challenge for Outlet to secure a location with high pedestrian footfall, coupled with a wide frontage that would allow the product display to be seen in the distance. Now we are working tirelessly to secure more London locations for this brand that will be for sure a hit in the high street.
