Our Pricing Policy

We can easily say we are competitive in every sense of the word. We are also completely open and up front with our commission and costs. There are no nasty surprises hidden in the small print. Prices can vary dependant on the individual and the property. In general lettings commission is charged at 10% of the annual rental yield and property management at 5%. Our sales fees vary depending on seasonal offers but we can almost always guarantee to beat or match anyone else. We welcome the opportunity to speak to landlords directly so as to review their own specific financial circumstances with the possibility of offering favourable split payment terms.
