We believe our holiday service and short term lets now accommodates a whole new generation of upwardly mobile people who travel more often and for longer periods of time. With this in mind we have put together a comprehensive service for people like you to earn a bit extra whilst you are away, all of it hassle free. Short term lets also work wonderfully for void periods between a longer let or whilst a property is on the market for sale
We start by preparing your home with advice on what will need to be stored away and providing a comprehensive inventory. We bring in all our own bed linen and towels, manage the guest for the duration of their stay and check out and clean once they have gone. We take care of everything, so you don’t need to.
We believe we have it covered, we believe in better. Here is what our holiday letting service includes:
- Valuation on the property and professional advice of how to achieve the most bookings and best price
- Your flat is advertised on over a dozen of the main property portals and short let websites including, Rightmove, Zoopla, AirBnB and Booking.com as well our own websites
- Access to our wide range of corporate clients looking for short term rentals for business purposes
- Vetting of guests using short let rating system. Ability to add our own comments about a guest and their stay
- Automatic and pre-approved price alterations for seasonal bookings
- Interactive software that is accessible to you online so you can view your bookings and book the flat out for yourself and friends when needed
- A financial statement is emailed to you for each booking
- Cleaning and laundry fully managed by us for each booking
- The property is inspected by us after each booking
- We meet and check people into the property when they arrive – day or night
- We supply guests with a 24 hour management telephone number for guests for any questions or emergencies
- We have fully vetted contractors available for any issues or repairs
- A full inventory of the flat is carried out by a professional independent clerk to record the contents and condition of your property
- We handle the management of the utility bills for the property
- We oversee regular maintenance checks on the property and its condition and provide reports
- Key management system – we hold the keys and use our software to record them going out and being returned
- Arrange and order any appliances or furniture needed to the property – access to cheaper furniture packages are available
- Option for temporary Wi-Fi installation which is in turn charged to guests
