Our valuation work is undertaken by fully experienced valuers whose principle aim is to provide the best valuation figures based on extensive knowledge of the local area and current property market trends. We also use the latest figures provided by databases such as Rightmove, Primelocation and the Land Registry to back up our valuations. All properties are valued at a sales figure that we believe is achievable but not an unrealistic figure in order to win instructions. Correct valuations speed up sales as they attract numerous buyers from the offset and within the very important first month of marketing. We also always seek to get the best possible price for our vendors.
Accompanied Viewings
We offer accompanied viewings and from these give regular feedback. Our in house property management system records each viewing reaction and our vendors can access this and their property information via their own personal log in details. This enables up to the moment feedback on the stages of your sale.
Open Longer Hours
We have one of the longest opening times around and with a large percentage of buyers wanting to view properties at weekends and after work we are able to meet their requirements. We even arrange viewings on Sundays if requested to do so.
