The job outline
Based at our offices in vibrant Soho.
Working hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm plus one Saturday in three. Flexibility is required. 1-2 years’ experience of working in residential lettings is required & this would ideally have been in central London.
If you like people and property this could be the ideal career for you. The role of a Home Finder is varied and demanding but never boring. It requires you to be hardworking, enthusiastic and professional at all times. You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. It is our cheery attitude, level of care and friendly approach that has made Outlet different and successful.
Outlet are looking for dynamic and pro-active individuals to join their already successful team as a Home Finder. You will be a bright and energetic individual who works well within a team and has a good understanding of general administration and IT as well as having an excellent telephone manner.
You will be required to:
- Creating property adverts and writing property descriptions
- Perform viewings
- Negotiate deals
- Meet pre-agreed targets
- Effectively handle enquiries
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets & market appraisals
- Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
- Offer a fabulous level of customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the services we provide
- Get actively involved in our Giving Back commitments and help introduce more
