Cheap Flats in Central London – studios, students, savings and more
Whether you’re looking to rent or buy a flat, it’s still possible to get a cheap flat in Central London. Ok, so it’s a lot harder to buy cheaply, but it is doable – especially if you’re after a studio or a one-bedroom flat.
The trick as so often, is in knowing where to look and being in the right place at the right time. And the good news is that you’ve picked an excellent place to start your search, as we have a lot of Central London flats on our books.
Your timing is pretty good too – prices in many areas are finally levelling off, which means there’s value to be had with both renting and buying. Be sure to check out our Central London area guides as some districts are considerably cheaper than others.
Student flats
Many of our flat rentals are perfect for student accommodation, especially further out (have a look at our other area guides)but also some in central areas. Sharing, and being prepared to accept a slightly lower standard of furnishing or less popular location, all help to keep costs down.
Studio flats
Some of the best value in London is to be had with studio apartments. These can be just as spacious as many one-bedroom flats but will nearly always cost significantly less. We always have a good selection of studio flats for rent and sale on our books in all areas, including the most fashionable areas of W1, WC1, WC2 and so on.
