Whitechapel – introducing a new Outlet for all your property needs

As of now, Whitechapel has a brand new estate agent. Opening in late 2015, our sister branch covers all of the East London from the edge of the City outwards, including Bethnal Green, Shadwell, Wapping and Spitalfields, plus of course Whitechapel itself.

Our office is located in Turner Street on the edge of Whitechapel and Bethnal Green, and handles both sales and lettings. Naturally, you can expect the same high level of service as with our main office. In fact if you’ve ever dealt with us before you may recognise some of the names of our estate agents now in Whitechapel. These include Branch Manager Javier Lauret, as well as Sales Director Andrew Thiele and Executive Home Finder Michelle Jones.

Renting or buying, it’s the right place to be

The reason we opened our new Whitechapel office is because we’ve been dealing with more and more properties on the East side of London, one of the boom areas of the capital. In the run-up to the ultra-successful 2012 Olympics, held in East London, over £9 billion went into regenerating this side of London. That legacy is being built on – literally – with tens of thousands of new homes and as many jobs planned for the area. Transport links are already good. If you work in the City you can practically walk there, and the West End is within very easy reach. When the new Crossrail project reaches fruition, you’ll be able to travel to Heathrow airport in just 41 minutes from Whitechapel.

So, what does that mean for you?

• Landlords – there are more opportunities than ever for landlords with properties in the right areas, or who are looking to expand their portfolios.
• Renters – while you’ve been feeling the squeeze in terms of costs and availability in recent years, the good news is that the situation is poised to get better in this part of town. Many old properties are being renovated and thousands are being built.
• Home buyers – there are new builds galore on the way, and plenty of freshly renovated ex-council and other properties as well. But look out too for some very attractive period properties – some streets offer houses as spacious and good looking as anywhere you’ll find in Central London.
